People don't want advice. They want to be witnessed. There's a difference, and once you feel it you can't unfeel it — that's the whole reason Lysten exists.
Being heard at 2am shouldn't be a luxury. The hardest moments don't keep business hours, and neither should the place you go to be met in them.
There's a difference between being talked at and being talked to. One leaves you smaller, one leaves you real. We built the second one, on purpose, all the way down.
It doesn't rush to fix you. It stays in the room, sits with the hard thing, and lets it be heard before it's ever solved. That patience is the whole design.
